Vacation Centre respects your privacy and processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
When you enquire or book with us we collect the details you provide — name, contact details, travel dates, traveller details (including children's ages where needed for bookings), and budget preferences.
To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, make bookings with travel suppliers on your behalf, and communicate about your trip. We do not sell your information.
Your details are shared only with the travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators) necessary to fulfil your booking, and with payment processors when you pay. Online payments are handled by PayGate — we never see or store card details.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@vacationcentre.co.za.
