Do I need a visa for my holiday?

Visas are required for entry into many countries, including stopovers and transits. It is your responsibility to check requirements with the consulate of each country you'll visit — Vacation Centre cannot accept responsibility for visas or refusal of entry. South African passport holders travel visa-free to popular destinations like Mauritius and Zanzibar, but always confirm before you book.

Is travel insurance included in my package?

No — travel insurance is essential for all overseas destinations and arranging it is your own responsibility. We're happy to suggest reputable insurance companies when you book.

How can I pay for my booking?

We accept EFT, cash and credit card. You can also pay securely online via PayGate from our Pay Online page. Please note prices are subject to change until paid in full.

How long must my passport be valid?

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your return date, and the name on your ticket must exactly match your passport. Some countries also require a machine-readable passport.
